First Responders' Day Donation Class for Tony Genga: Gentle Yoga + Meditation with Cat

Join us for a special donation-based class honoring First Responders' Day. This gentle yoga session, led by Cat Vacca, will provide a space to reflect, restore, and send gratitude to the brave individuals who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe. Through mindful movement and a guided meditation, you'll be invited to turn inward, connecting to your own light, love, and strength, while offering support to the first responder community.

All are welcome, and contributions will go towards supporting one of our local first responders, Tony Genga, who has been battling an aggressive form of cancer. We hope you’ll join us in this heartfelt practice of unity and compassion.
