Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax. They also allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments. Benefiting the recipient on a mental and physical level.
This will include my Earth and Star Chakra Gongs, 7 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Solfreggio Wind Chimes, shaking instruments and a rainmaker.
Please wear comfortable/loose fitting clothes and anything that will make you comfortable, including mats, cushions and blankets.
