Founded by @gilthegrid Gomes Leal - a former professional hip-hop dancer turned teacher and facilitator – the Amenti MoveMeant Method blends hip-hop culture, Jungian psychology, somatic practices and shamanic perspectives into a deeply transformative approach to healing and self-awareness.

Immerse yourself in this 4-day Elemental Intensive, where you are invited to expand self-awareness and expression through five layers of the human experience movemeant, dance and deepening of the mind-body-spirit connection.
