✨ Sunday dives into the wisdom behind it:

Explore the art and science of Yoga Nidra, its roots, how it works, and how it supports emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Perfect for personal insight or as continuing education for teachers.

No prior experience needed, just an openness to slow down.
