Relax into the soft, grounding energy of Indian Summer with a special Yin & Mini-Dosing ceremony guided by Merel Maria Meessen. We’ll nourish the Earth element through deep yin poses, supported by the subtle effects of a psilocybin mini-dose, a gentle, introspective experience that enhances connection to body and breath.

Expect a slow, somatic practice, beautiful music, and a lovingly held space to reflect and feel. Mini-dosing is completely optional and guided with care.

This ceremony is a space to harvest what you've grown, soften into presence, and receive insight.
