Take your yin yoga practice deeper with a gentle psilocybin truffle mini-dose. This ceremony combines mindful yin, live music, and Merel’s caring guidance to help you reconnect and renew. We’ll focus on the Fire element of the Heart, celebrating the long summer days with presence and openness.

Mini-dosing offers a mild, safe experience that supports inner growth in a supportive setting. Merel brings over 15 years of experience as a plant medicine guide and yoga teacher to hold the space with care.
