During the Qigong Intensive we spend a morning diving into various facets of the ancient art of Qigong. In depth we train, nourish and strengthen the body-mind. The Qigong Intensive gives you the opportunity to deepen your practice and achieve powerful cultivation. In a unique and completely intuitive way, we'll take you through the landscape of body and mind to a state of being where inner calm, rejuvenation and harmony can be experienced. Each Intensive is unique according to the seasons and always brings you new insights and sensations. Participation is also open to beginners. Meditation materials are available. Wear comfortable loose clothing, flat footwear or bare feet.

During this special edition, musician and breathwork specialist Ruloff Manuputty will guide us with the beautiful mystical sounds of the handpan. The vibration, frequency and resonance of this magical instrument will support your Qigong cultivation process.
