This autumn workshop invites you to align body, breath, and consciousness to cleanse, energize, and expand your practice from the inside out.

• Explore Bandhas through movement, breath, and gravity;
• Deepen awareness of the spine and inner body;
• Learn to integrate Bandha work with Asana, Pranayama & Kriya;
• Use twisting postures to support detoxification and clarity;
• Experience structural alignment and fluid movement;
• Discover how Ujjayi breath and Bandhas support all body systems;
• Expand inner awareness and rest in meditative states.

? With care, curiosity, and sensitivity, we move toward stability (sthira), ease (sukha), and awakened presence.

Whether you’re deepening your personal practice or exploring the energetic layers of yoga as a teacher, this workshop supports transformation from within. Expect a weekend of insight, embodiment, and inner spaciousness.
