Build your bag! *SPECIAL EDITION*

Studio Fiep and many other inspiring makers working with waste materials are part of the community and show the possibilities of trash in the beautiful location of Vogelfrei Utrecht.

On Saturday the 21st of March, Waste Alchemists is officially launching their platform and would love to celebrate that with you. The day has two (optional) parts: hands-on workshops where you experience waste transformation yourself, and an open evening where we launch the platform together with stories, awesome products made from waste, and good conversations.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Create your own unique bag made from recycled festival banners!
In this creative and accessible workshop, you’ll learn how to craft a sturdy, colorful bag using simple techniques. We work with repurposed festival banners, making your design both sustainable and one of a kind. No prior experience needed!

What to Expect

• Introduction to upcycling
• Designing and assembling your own bag
• Guidance on cutting, attaching, and finishing
• You’ll go home with a handmade bag created entirely by you
