A women-only workshop to support body and mind through transition. Explore gentle somatic movement and restorative yoga tailored for menopause, and connect with a like-hearted community in a safe space.

For anyone feeling overwhelmed by modern life, this is your space to exhale. Drop into deep rest, release tension, and discover tools to calm your nervous system and come home to yourself.
