Purpose of dinner: 

In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, this landmark event honors the newest class of Eagle Scouts while welcoming back Eagle Alumni for an evening of high-energy adventure and legacy. The festivities kick off
with a series of age-appropriate outdoor Scout skills challengesand activities. Indoors, Scouts can sharpen
their expertise through interactive STEM exhibits and emergency scenario drills, ensuring the skills that shaped
the last 250 years of American leadership remain sharp for the next. Dust off your Pinewood Derby car and
prepare to compete in the Eagle 250 Showdown or browse the museum and Packard Proving Grounds.
A cornerstone of the celebration is the industry-focused mentorship program, where new Eagle Scouts are paired with successful alumni who share their specific career interests. These mentorship interactions offer a rare opportunity for young leaders to gain professional insights from experts in fields ranging from aerospace and engineering to public service and media. This exchange is complemented by a showcase of military and veteran exhibits, that connect the Scouts’ own service projects to the broader tapestry of American sacrifice. Consistent with the celebratory carnival atmosphere, enjoy a strolling dinner, listen to some music and try your hand at the carnival games to win fun prizes. Guests will experience a moving program that honors the journey from Life to Eagle, punctuated by a series of surprises— including the unveiling of a limited-edition America250 commemorative patch set. As the community reflects on Scouting’s role in shaping the nation, this celebration serves as a powerful bridge between generations,
inspiring every attendee to carry the spirit of service into America’s next chapter.

Mentor Sponsor Package:
A Mentor Sponsor recognizes the achievement of the Eagle Scout, Quartermaster, or Venturing Summit Award recipient by: 

Contributing a $125 fee which helps cover the cost of dinner for the Scout and mentor. 
Attending the dinner and sharing information about their profession with the recipient. 
Inviting the Scout/Venturer/Sea Scout to visit their place of business (encouraged but optional). 
We would like to secure 250 mentors for each Eagle Scout/Venturer/Sea Scout.
