In this supportive, interactive space, you’ll:
-Learn what healthy boundaries look like in relationships
-Practice simple, assertive communication techniques
-Explore how to set limits without guilt
-Leave with practical tools you can use right away

This is a psychoeducational workshop, not group therapy.
