If you've been waiting for a day that actually restores you — this is it.

On the 18th of June, Sara Kolata and Avalon Roza are hosting the Munay Sonqo Sacred Day in one of the most exclusive and breathtaking spaces in the entire Sacred Valley of Peru.

This is not a wellness workshop. This is a full day immersion designed to heal the body, calm the mind, awaken the spirit — and return you to yourself.

You arrive at 11am at Munay Sonqo — a sanctuary nestled in the mountains of the Sacred Valley, home to one of the most exclusive spa facilities in the valley. You are welcomed, received, and the day begins with a consciousness teaching and opening transmission. From there, sacred movement, deep meditation, and a full one-hour sound healing ceremony with light language activation and energy healing.

Then lunch — a nourishing, lovingly prepared vegetable soup, conscious and grounding, served in community.

In the afternoon we move into the Despacho — an ancient Andean prayer ceremony woven together for healing, gratitude and right relationship with Pachamama. We burn the offering to the fire. What is surrendered is received.

Then the spa opens. The most extraordinary spa experience the Sacred Valley has to offer — wet sauna, two dry saunas, salt cave, cold plunge, two heated pools. We do a rose petal meditation in the salt cave, flat therapy, healing music and guided meditations. Your nervous system will fully reset.

Throughout the day, Rose, Cacao and Rose Tincture are available for conscious consumption — heart opening, nervous system restoration, prayer and release.

A professional photographer will be with us all day capturing the beauty of the space and the people in it. Every participant receives the photos.

We close at 8pm with conscious socialising, music and connection.

Si has estado esperando un día que realmente te restaure y te renueve, este es.

El 18 de junio, Sara Kolata y Avalon Roza estarán guiando el Día Sagrado Munay Sonqo en uno de los espacios más exclusivos y espectaculares de todo el Valle Sagrado del Perú.

Esto no es un taller de bienestar. Es una inmersión de un día completo diseñada para sanar el cuerpo, calmar la mente, despertar el espíritu y ayudarte a regresar a ti mismo.

Llegarás a las 11:00 a.m. a Munay Sonqo, un santuario enclavado en las montañas del Valle Sagrado, hogar de una de las experiencias de spa más exclusivas de la región. Serás recibido con amor y presencia, y comenzaremos el día con una enseñanza de conciencia y una transmisión de apertura.

A partir de ahí, compartiremos movimiento sagrado, meditación profunda y una ceremonia completa de sanación con sonido de una hora, acompañada de activación con lenguaje de luz y sanación energética.

Después disfrutaremos de un almuerzo nutritivo: una sopa de vegetales preparada con amor y consciencia, servida en comunidad.

Por la tarde entraremos en el Despacho, una antigua ceremonia andina de oración creada para la sanación, la gratitud y la correcta relación con la Pachamama. La ofrenda será entregada al fuego. Lo que se entrega, es recibido.

Luego se abrirá el spa.

La experiencia de spa más extraordinaria que ofrece el Valle Sagrado: sauna húmedo, dos saunas secos, cueva de sal, inmersión en agua fría y dos piscinas climatizadas. Realizaremos una meditación con pétalos de rosa en la cueva de sal, terapia de flotación, música sanadora y meditaciones guiadas. Tu sistema nervioso tendrá la oportunidad de resetearse profundamente.

Durante todo el día habrá Rosa, Cacao y Tintura de Rosa disponibles para un consumo consciente, apoyando la apertura del corazón, la restauración del sistema nervioso, la oración y la liberación emocional.

Un fotógrafo profesional nos acompañará durante toda la jornada capturando la belleza del espacio y de quienes participan. Cada participante recibirá sus fotografías.

Cerraremos a las 8:00 p.m. con convivencia consciente, música y conexión.
