Virtually anyone! We welcome everyone (age 10+ yrs) who can participate in cardiovascular exercise. All exercises are accessible for those who are unable to stand.

What will I be doing?

Gentle simulated laughter followed by fun laughter exercises, plus Bollywood Laughter Dance!

Followed by a nourishing deep relaxation (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to revive and revitalise.

- Totally de-stressed - sleep well

- Enjoy complete relaxation and escape the outside world
- Any initial awkwardness quickly fades - and you might make new friends!

• FEEL ALIVE and motivated with your DOSE of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins
• Clients often sleep solidly through the night after these sessions :)

- A water bottle, comfy clothes (no lycra required!)

About the facilitator:

Sunny Turner - Laughter Ambassador and Happiness Facilitator ( https://seriouslaughter.co.uk) has been delivering Laughter Yoga sessions since 2016 to various communities, and all who have attended remember the joy they felt during the sessions.

A competent speaker, Sunny has appeared on the stages of numerous conferences and festivals, including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival in Tatton Park, the Social Prescribing Conference, Womanifest, and Wellnergy.
