Our staff will train you in using traditional tools including billhooks and run you through the hedge laying procedure. We will also be using tools like pruning saws, loppers, shears and secateurs, and litter pickers will also be provided. There will be other activities to maintain habitats at William Wroe as well, including path maintenance.All tools will be provided; please wear suitable clothing for outdoor work and sturdy footwear. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole day - you will be guided throughout the day so no prior experience is necessary.
