About the event

Passion WOD 2026
Join us for the annual Passion WOD workout event. This workout is designed to remind us of the pain and suffering that Jesus experienced when he laid down His life for us.

The workout:
100 double unders - remind us of the lashings he received for us
800 M barbell carry - symbol of carrying the cross and taking the weight of our sin upon himself
100 Burpees - signify him conquering death by rising again!
