This program is targeted at helping individuals who want to try group functional fitness feel more comfortable taking the first step. 

We believe functional fitness is the fitness methodology that will help ALL people achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. The community that grows as a result of it is something special to belong to. It will motivate and drive you to KEEP GOING. 

What?
Onboarding Class is a 9 session program that will help you learn, practice and be coached through the 9 foundational movements at DSM Performance. 

Coach Ty will teach, demonstrate, monitor and correct as participants learn and grow through practice of these movements in hour-long, organized group sessions. Every session will conclude with whiteboard education to help participants better understand the concepts and methods DSM Performance prescribes to help members on their paths to fitter, healthier lives.
