Older Kids Class

Generally we start with warm-ups/stretching, then we move on to building individual sequences composed of kicks, escapes, and movements. Once we have the movements down individually, we put them together in partner sequences and eventually apply them to free games. At the end of class we work on music for 30 minutes (singing, drums, tambourine, and berimbau instruction).
