Messy Yoga!

Yogini Krystal is hosting another Messy Yoga Class. No need to bring a mat. We'll be yoga-ing on big ole strips of cloth with paint! And you'll get to take your masterpiece home with you! So make sure you wear something you can get messy in and that may not come completely clean. (Showers are available if you need them after class, or grab some baby wipes and toss on some new clothes.)
