Intention Setting for the Season (with a little magic)

As you enter the holiday season, when time seems to fly and it can be hard to maintain your commitments to yourself, Lisa H and Lisa M invite you to join us for a meditative intention-setting practice with a little creative twist.
In our time together, you will learn about the art of intention setting and how it compares to manifestation, and participate in a guided meditation to help you reflect on what has transpired already this year and identify what energy you want to invite in for the holiday season. Of course, we will discuss the astrological invitations to help you. To seal your commitment to yourself and invite collaboration with the Universe, you will learn how to make a "spell jar" to keep your goals in your consciousness and share them with the Universe. Spell jars are vessels usually made up of salt, herbs, crystals, essential oils, and your affirmation that symbolically remind you and the Universe of your purpose and promise to yourself.
