What to Bring = Dress for the weather knowing that you will be both sitting and doing breathwork as well doing vigorous physical activities and dynamic movements. If you have a yoga mat or a camp foam bring it in case the ground is a bit wet (dew/mist/frost)
What if I'm not flexible or strong = Um, we're trail runners, we get it. Most of us are tight in hips, hammies, quads etc. and we will meet you where you are at. Everyone is just pretty much friendly and casual but our programming is organized and strategic.....best of both worlds and definitely what I wish I could have had when I started running on the trails!
