Is there a better way to burn off all the calories you're going to consume on Christmas Day than a 5km parkrun at the very start of the day?

We think not.

So come join us. Bring all the family. Bring all the friends. Bring all the visitors. Bring everyone. And start your day with a huge dose of endorphins to help carry you through what might end up being a very long day.

Its almost certain there will be no Fig Tree Cafe post event breakfast as we're sure they'll be taking a well earned holiday to rest and recover before we start keeping them busy again in 2026.
