Two hours to step away from the to-do list, quiet the noise for a little while and make space for yourself through creativity.

You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. And you definitely don’t need to make something “good.”

This isn’t an easel-and-paintbrush art class. We’ll explore colour and creative play using paint sticks, markers and coloured pencils — simple, approachable materials you can experiment with without worrying about getting anything “right.”

And while you’ll be creating your own pieces, you won’t really be creating alone. We’ll sit together around shared tables, share materials, chat if we feel like it and simply enjoy making something alongside other people.

Come with a friend or come on your own — either way, there’s a place for you at the table. 🤎

We’ll begin with a small tea ceremony, slow things down with gentle creative prompts and intuitive art-making, and have time for journaling, reflection, conversation and connection along the way.

We’ll finish the morning together with a guided meditation before you take your creations home.
