During this sound healing session, you’ll be comfortably settled on the floor or a yoga mat, maybe wrapped in a cozy blanket, as I guide you on a 90-minute journey of deep relaxation. As the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, medicine drums, tuning forks, and more wash over you, you’ll be “bathed” in calming sounds that help slow brain waves, promoting a restorative state where your body’s natural healing mechanisms are activated.

Each instrument offers a unique sound experience, and together, they work to clear energy blockages, balance your chakras, and deeply restore your inner harmony. Just like an intense deep tissue massage, sound healing helps you feel balanced, replenished, and at ease. With the busy nature of modern life, we all deserve the opportunity to pause and reset.
