Experience a deeply restorative silent retreat grounded in the Theravāda Buddhist forest tradition, focusing on samatha (calm abiding) and vipassanā (insight) meditation. Guided by Celia Roberts (25+ years experience), this retreat includes:

Seated, walking, standing & lying (Yoga Nidra) meditations

Gentle yoga, Qi Gong & mindful eating meditation

Supportive noble silence and embodied awareness practices

Tuition:
5-Day Retreat (2–6 Jan): $555

Participants bring their own lunch, with morning & afternoon tea provided. Residential or non-residential options. Basic accommodation is available at nominal rates on-site or nearby.
