WHO IS THIS FOR?If you're looking for an opportunity to move your body more, let your emotions flow and enjoy fitness, expression, sisterly connection... this is for you!...WAY more fun than the gym! ?We dance every Thursday (during school term time) with up to 12 local women ?Beginners are welcome, and please note this is for adult women only.?? WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS?This is conscious dance… which basically means there’s no choreography… it’s freestyle dance… letting your body move to the music any way it wants.The lights are low, and lycra is totally acceptable. (Did you get the “No Lights, No Lycra” reference?!)?? WHEN IS THIS?We started Term 4 on October 9th 2025, dancing for 10 weeks until 11 December!Please arrive at 6:15pm each Thursday, doors close with opening circle at 6:30pm. We dance until 7:45pm, followed by a cuppa and chats together.? WHAT DO I BRING?Plenty of water, and a yoga mat or sheepie, as we begin and end our dances lying down.This is a drink-and-drug free event.??
