Led by Leanne Davis—a highly respected teacher with 40+ years in Eastern health sciences—you’ll learn how to:

Take a full client history and assessment.

Plan and sequence personalised yoga therapy programs.

Apply observation (Darshana), touch and palpation (Sparshana), questioning (Prashna), and basic pulse reading (Nadi Vignan).

Use the traditional framework of Heyam, Hetu, Hanam, and Upayam to identify root causes, set goals, and create effective therapy practices.

By the end, you’ll have the structure, confidence, and clinical skills to design safe, effective programs that truly support individual healing—aligned with Yoga Australia’s definition of yoga therapy as a process of empowering individuals toward improved health and well-being.
