Jim has previously performed for us with his trio but now will perform as a 5 piece band .About this EventFollowing the conclusion of "Cregan & Co" in late 2025, legendary guitarist and songwriter Jim Cregan has formed a new project called The Jim Cregan New Acoustic Band. As well as performing with Cregan &Co, Jim has on two occasions performed for us at Beeding and Bramber LIVE with his Accoustic Trio. The first gig for us was a debut gig for the trio. The new line up is another exclusive for us and is also a debut gig.This intimate project focuses on stories and songs from Cregan’s extensive six-decade career, featuring music from his time with Family, Cat Stevens, Cockney Rebel, and his 18-year stint as Rod Stewart’s guitarist and musical director.Band Members:The band consists of experienced musicians and collaborators: Jim Cregan: Guitar & VocalsSam Tanner: Piano (previously of Brother Strut, has worked with Rod Stewart, The Who)Pat Davey: Bass (has played with Paul Young, The Tom Robinson band)Stuart Elliot: Drums (original drummer for Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel,  Kate Bush - played drums on her first album, session drummer for Sir Paul McCartney, Alan Prsons Project, Al Stewart, Ringo Starr)Marion Fleetwood: Strings/Violin (known for The Sandy Denny Project, Feast of Fiddles)The show is described as an intimate evening featuring hits like "Forever Young," "Passion," and "Come Up and See Me (Make Me Smile)" and others that Jim has penned or played on. A new album is in the pipeline and hopefully will be on sale at the gig.TICKETS WILL SELL SO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT MISS OUT.Our intimate venue nestled on The South Downs just outside Brighton is perfect for such a show. Reasonably priced tickets and a revamped licensed bar that has moved into a seperate room next to our main hall allowing for more space . Cabaret and cinema seating available for your comfort. This will surely make for a brilliant night out and soothe away the troubles of our current World.Fear not Brighton and South Coast dwellers, Beeding and Bramber Village Hall is easily accessible with free parking. Situated a few miles north of Shoreham by Sea and if you are not driving it is served by the number 2 bus which runs hourly to and from the venue with the last bus leaving at 11.20pm. The nearest train station is Shoreham by Sea and you can then travel the last few miles by bus if you wish to enjoy a beverage or two...Book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.
