Gratitude Sound Bath

Attend this sacred sound bath to anchor in the energy of the 11/11 portal and recollect all the blessings we are grateful for. David Palomino will be guiding you through a chakra activating and soul soothing sound experience. Over 18 instruments will be played and you will leave with an unforgettable experience. This is an offering for you to take time for yourself and leave all stresses at the door. We hope to see you there.

Please be sure to bring the following:

• Yoga mats will be provided- if you'd like to bring your own, please be mindful that it is a smaller location and we cannot accommodate bigger mats.
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Arrive at least 10 mins early
• And please make sure to place your phone on DND or put on silent
