Take a moment to pause breathe and reconnect with yourself. Soul Flow is a heart-centered experience designed to help women release reflect and realign through the healing practices of yoga and journaling.

Begin your journey with a gentle yoga flow that encourages mindfulness self-love and balance. Feel your body open your mind soften and your spirit ground in peace. Following yoga we’ll move into a guided journaling session with prompts to inspire reflection gratitude and clarity for the path ahead.

This event is an invitation to slow down honor yourself and connect with a community of women on a similar journey of self-discovery.
