Whether you're a behavioral health professional, educator, first responder, caregiver, or community member, you'll leave with resources, knowledge, and hope to support yourself and others.

Choose one or more free sessions:

Professional Learning Program
12–4:30 p.m.
Training for behavioral health professionals, healthcare providers, educators, first responders, and community partners focused on suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention.

Community Connection Program
4–6 p.m.
Visit resource booths, participate in interactive wellness activities, connect with local organizations, and find support in a welcoming community environment.

Bridge to Hope 5K Walk/Run
5:30 p.m. Check-in | 6:15 p.m. Start
Walk or run across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge following a meaningful Bead Ceremony hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Together, we'll honor lives lost, support those affected and stand for hope.

Keynote Speaker: Jessi Beyer, award-winning mental health speaker, certified mental health professional, author of How to Heal, and former SWAT crisis negotiator.
