- **Event Description**: Join us for the 2nd annual Memories & Milestones luncheon as we celebrate the past, present, and future of the Saginaw County Young Professionals Network (YPN)!

This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University inside Curtiss Hall. Registration closes April 28, 2026.

Since the first luncheon in January of 2009, YPN has remained dedicated to attracting and retaining talent in our region—fostering meaningful connections and delivering impactful programming that empowers young professionals. Memories & Milestones brings together past and present YPN members, along with the supporters and champions who have helped make that mission a success.

A highlight of this year’s program will be a featured panel discussion, “Who’s Next?”, focused on leadership succession, community stewardship, and preparing the next generation to lead. We are proud to welcome an esteemed group of panelists who bring decades of experience and regional impact:

-Dick Garber, Garber Automotive Group
-Paul W. Furlo, Morley Companies
-Dr. Samuel Shaheen, Shaheen Development

In addition, we will recognize outstanding individuals and organizations whose contributions continue to shape our community:

-Milestone Member Award: Kristin Knoll, Covenant HealthCare Foundation
-Legacy Leader Award: Tri-Star Trust
-Outstanding Young Professional Award: Kimberly Anderson, Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan

Together, this event will not only honor the legacy of YPN, but also inspire future leaders to step forward and continue building a strong and vibrant Saginaw County.
