The history of belly dance aligns with holistic wellness in that there were practices to release stress from the body, maintain wellness, creativity, and gain a sense of well-being.

We will work with posture, tension areas of the body (hips, shoulders), somatic exercises aimed to help release tension, and practical energy work, while layering that with beautiful belly dance movements.

Elements can be used as a stand-alone in your personal wellness routines.

This class is low-impact and suitable for beginners.
