singing bowls. Each bowl aligns with one of the seven chakras and creates a unique frequency that encourages peacefulness and calm. Each class, a set of bowls will be selected for us, a custom sound experience. This is held in the pool house, guests are encouraged to come in bathing suits for the floating sound bath experience, but there will be yoga mats available for
poolside experience.
