Food Truck Thursdays

Get ready to eat! The Township of Union is thrilled to announce the return of the incredibly popular Food Truck Thursdays series for the fall and early winter! Join us every Thursday for a rotating lineup of delicious, diverse street food, right here in the Town Hall parking lot.

We're kicking off the season on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, and will be running weekly until December 18th. This is the perfect chance to take a break from cooking and support some fantastic regional food businesses. Come hungry and bring your neighbors!

Event Details
When: Every Thursday, starting October 9th, through December 18th, 2025. (Note: We will be skipping November 27th and December 4th.)

Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Where: Town Hall Front Parking Lot (1976 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083)
