Spend time taking care with cozy wellness practices including gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, mantra, energetics, journaling, herbal tea making, aromatherapy, sound healing and more!

Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm

RETREAT SCHEDULE

1 pm to 2:30 pm - Fall inspired all levels yoga class with modifications offered throughout the session. Includes aromatherapy, breath work, mantra and guided meditation.

2:30 pm to 3:15 pm - Journaling and herbal tea making!

3:15 pm to 4:00 pm - Guided Yoga Nidra meditation and sound bath (crystal bowl, seasonal wind chimes, etc.)

Cost: Pre-registration required by November 13th, 2025.
