Fall Wellness Retreat with Joonbug Yoga!

Welcome the Fall season with wellness at the 3 hour retreat at Alderbrook Resort and Spa with Joonbug Yoga. Open to everyone!

Spend time taking care with cozy wellness practices including gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, energetics, journaling, herbal bath and body products, aromatherapy, tea making, sound healing and more!

Date: Saturday, November 15th, 2025

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm
