Billy Ocean is the most successful black recording star Britain has ever produced, having sold over 30 million records in his lifetime to date. He has amassed a collection of Gold and Platinum records worldwide and reached the number one spot in the global pop charts, including the USA, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Billy has achieved extraordinary success as both an artist and a songwriter. His numerous top 20 hits include Love Really Hurts Without You, Caribbean Queen, Loverboy, Suddenly, Get Outta My Dreams (Get Into My Car), and When the Going Gets Tough (The Tough Gets Going).
