Sound journey will take place the evening of May 1st after everyone arrives. This will be a three hr immersion of sound and whatever plant medicine you’d like to choose from, once you sign up, you will be given the options. Quiet time after by a fire, get tucked in and ready for the next day of meditation, breathwork, cold plunging, and communal activity and connections.
