Join us for a gentle yet powerful Ayurvedic bodywork practice that blends movement, breath, and self-applied pressure point sequences. Marma Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Acupressure) supports the nervous system, opens energy channels, and invites deep relaxation.

Guided by Ferris, a Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Herbalist, and Student of Ayurveda, you will:
✨ Gently mobilize joints and release tension
✨ Activate Marma points (similar to Acupressure in TCM)
✨ Engage Fascia, the body's connective tissue network
✨ Experience a deeply restorative savasana

This practice is suitable for all bodies and offers a unique twist on traditional 1:1 bodywork, making it accessible in a group setting.
