The Family Dauphin have had a long time love for South Africa
and it’s people for more than 30 years now. Their family name has
French roots and with the late Mrs Elke Dauphin’s family history
in winemaking , a wine farm named ALLÉE BLEUE, in the
Franschhoek valley, seemed to be a perfect fit.
