Discover the Magic of Burlesque with Lady Rivet – Free Workshop! 💃✨
Step into the world of burlesque with experienced performer and teacher Lady Rivet! This introductory workshop is all about play, self-confidence, and having fun. You’ll explore:
- A brief introduction to burlesque and its history
- How to move with style and confidence in heels
- Classic burlesque moves and gestures
- A short, playful burlesque routine
No prior experience or dance skills required! All adults are welcome.
Practical info:
- Bring heels you can move in (no pole or wedge heels)
- Water bottle and warm clothing for warm-up
- Clothes you can move freely in, preferably form-fitting on the lower body
About Lady Rivet:
Lady Rivet started her burlesque career in Stockholm in 2011 and has since performed at major burlesque events in Sweden and Europe. She is passionate about spreading joy through performance and boosting confidence through burlesque. (She will also be performing at Club Bisous in Umeå the night before the workshop.)
