The Trappers Shack is proud to sponsor a youth trapping seminar on May 9th from 10am until 4:30pm or until finished. This seminar is for youth 10 years of age up to 16 years of age, and is open to the public. Pre-registration will be required, and registration for this seminar closes on May 1st.
We will have multiple instructors on site, covering topics such as snares, leg hold traps includingdog proof traps, and K*ll traps. We will cover trap sets for Racoon, Fox, Coyote, Bobcat, Fisher, Mink, Muskrat, and Beaver.
Lunch for the youth will be provided. Curbside Cravings will have their food trailer on site, and adults will be able to purchase their lunch on site. This is a great opportunity for your youth to learn valuable skills and reconnect with nature.
Pre-registration form will be posted soon. When filling out the registration form, please include the total number that will be attending with your party, so that we, and the food provider can plan accordingly.
