•	Svinestek med frukt—pork loin with dried fruit, a traditional dish from Norway
•	Roasted potatoes
•	Norwegian creamed cabbage
•	Egg Custard
•	Beverages--Bark peelers’ switchel, camp coffee, and water

Before the meal, work up a sweat trying your hand using a crosscut saw or practicing your aim throwing hatchets.  During the meal, be entertained by stories of Pennsylvania’s logging past.
