Across six courses and six wines, you’ll explore why Italian grapes are thriving in our local terroir — from vibrant whites like Arneis, Vermentino and Fiano to soulful reds such as Primitivo, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Each course has been paired to highlight both the varietal character and its unique expression in NSW.

Hear from winemakers David Lowe, Rosie Cupitt and Wally Cupitt as they share their wines, stories and passion for Italian varieties and why they believe these grapes are perfectly suited to grow in NSW.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Cupitt’s Estate, this one-night-only collaboration of food, wine and place is a celebration of the Italian spirit in Australian soil.
