A Hands-On Program
Friday, April 17, 2026, at 3 PM

Verdant meadows, fluffy clouds, extravagant wildflowers – come experience the Zen of nature with zero hiking required. On Friday, April 17th at 3 p.m. the Ukiah Branch Library is pleased to introduce you to the therapeutic process of transforming downy wool fibers into miniature scenes of natural beauty with the cozy art of needle-felted landscapes. No experience is required – just curiosity, trust in the wool, and the willingness to stab it repeatedly to transform it into rolling hills or snow-laden mountains. Bring in a favorite landscape photo or find one on-line or in books at the Ukiah Branch Library. All other materials will be provided!

Space is limited, make your reservations by calling or coming into the Ukiah Branch Library today! This program is made possible through the generous support of the Friends of the Ukiah Valley Library.
