With 8 years of experience facilitating small groups to large conferences, they specialize in creating inclusive spaces where individuals and communities can engage in meaningful dialogue, repair fractured relationships, and build partnerships rooted in trust and shared purpose. Their work centers on honoring the wisdom and lived experiences of participants while fostering opportunities for healing and transformation.Arianna Campbell, DMSc, MPH, PA-CArianna is an Emergency and Addiction Medicine PA with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She works clinically in the Emergency and Addiction Medicine at the VA in Sacramento. She has worked for more than 22 years in rural emergency and addiction medicine in Placerville, California where she resides and where she pioneered an innovative and low barrier system of care to treat substance use disorders. She completed her master’s in public health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2023 and her Doctor of Medical Science at University of the Pacific in 2024. She serves as Senior Director and M-Principal Investigator for The Bridge Center at PHI, a Center which she co-founded. Arianna is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer to remove barrier to treatment for substance use disorders. She is board member for the California Academy of PAs and is a CE committee member and Presidential Taskforce member for the American Society of Addiction Medicine.Connie Reitman, Tribal Elder, Big Valley RancheriaConnie Partida Reitman is from Big Valley Rancheria, with relatives in Hopland, Pinoleville, Pt. Arena, and Laytonville. Connie was the first director of what was called Mendocino Indian Health started in 1971, which later became Consolidated Tribal Health Project. She helped set up the first tribal dental and medical care in Mendocino County.
