Into the Wild – Camping Fest

For the adventurous soul in you, ‘Into the Wild – Camping Fest’ is an offbeat ride-camp-trek event far from the noise of the city. This event includes ride to a distant place from the city, overnight camping with bonfire and comfort food and forest trek to catch a glimpse of the rising sun next day. Not to forget the amazing experiences during overnight camping, such as star gazing, storytelling and musical jamming!

So whether you are solo, or want to come with your plus-one partner, or are a group of like-minded friends – We have room for everyone!

Highlights

1. One Has to travel by own car/motorcycle (Map with location will be shared). If you are not having any means of transport, contact us.

3. Evening Snacks Lunch & Dinner included

4. Food Package for participants at meeting point.

Day 1

2:30PM – We all will gather at our meeting point at Voyage Motors, near Sevashram flyover, Sector 3, Hiran Magri. From there, we will have a flag off for the ride to our campsite

3:15 PM – We all leave for our campsite in our cars and motorcycles.

4:15-5:30pm – We will reach our campsite by this time, where we will get all the passes checked. Tents will be allotted to all and evening snacks with tea/coffee will be served with amazing Sunset in the backdrop. After the sunset, the campsite will lit up and one can feel the cold breeze of amazing nature.

8:00PM - We all will gather for bonfire and some amazing Live music

10:00 PM – Delicious Traditional Daal Bati Churma will be served. One can enjoy late night dance floor with music amidst nature. Have Dinner under Star-lit Sky

10:00 PM – Continue the Jamming session/Dance night with Camp-fire

Day 2

6:30 am: Wake-up call

7:00 am: Awesome sunrise view

8:00 am: Morning tea for enjoying the chilly morning

9:00 am: We will head for our morning activity of forest trek

11:30 am: Bidding Good-Bye, with loads of memories and pictures! Don’t forget @spruntlifestyle and @royalenfieldudaipur in your pictures, reels and stories for social media.

Inclusions for the event:

- Food packet at meeting point, evening tea and dinner on day-1, hi-tea and breakfast on the next morning on day-2

- Campfire

- Comfortable Tent stay (on a Twins/Triple sharing basis).

- Guide and Expertise

Exclusions:

- Meals during the ride

- Personal expenses/tips

- Insurance of any kind

- Medical hospitalization evacuation and related expenses

- Any item not covered under “Inclusions”

Things to carry:

- Extra pair of clothes

- Torch with extra batteries.

- Photo ID card.

- Some ready-to-eat food (plum cakes biscuits dry fruits chips)

- Water bottle for route.

- Personal medication if any

- Extra Pair of blanket

Rules:

- The Team decision will be final and binding.

- Sprunt & Voyage Motors reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.

- Please do not carry or wear any valuables ornaments jewellery etc. If carried, then we do not take any liability for the same.

- The campsite has a strict No Smoking/Drug/Alcohol Policy.

- All timings mentioned above are tentative.
