Vanished Voices - the story of the lost fishing community of Brighton

Over the course of more than 500 years, Brighton grew from a small village to one of the main fishing towns in the south of England, with most people employed in fishing and allied trades. However, over time, the trade declined for a number of reasons and now no longer exists.

Brian tells the story of this rise and fall, outlining some colourful characters, some unusual facts… and possibly a quiz too!
