This unique session is held on the Upper Women's Way Pond (it's a lake really!) at the tranquil Grade 1 listed Sheffield Park & Garden, National Trust.

This sheltered lake allows for a calmer learning environment without the challenge of tides and current and the natural beauty of the lake makes for the perfect backdrop!

Sessions are 60mins. Please arrive at Visitor Entrance 30mins in advance (& water ready if possible) to ensure plenty of time to reach our launch point and a prompt start.

Entry to Sheffield Park & Garden is included in your SUP ticket price.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
