We are going to start off the torch season by recovering as many of last year's sticks as we can.  

There is a pretty huge pile of old sticks at the field, and we will have 2 sessions, on 1st and 8th June to recover as many as we can.  I realise that not everyone can make it on both Sundays, but please come along if you can. 

As an added attraction, there will be bacon sandwiches on 1 June, and various types of cake on 8 June.
From 10am, if anyone needs a lift or directions, please let me know and we will arrange something.

As you probably know, this can be a bit of a dirty job, so old clothes and gloves will be a good idea.  If you can bring a pair of pliers, that would also help.
